Are you a qualified accountant with a strong FP&A background and a passion for e-commerce or retail? We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a fast-paced, commercially-minded finance function based in the Central Essex area.
This is a pivotal position for an experienced finance professional who can combine technical rigour with genuine commercial influence. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that shapes strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accuracy and commercial relevance.
- Provide in-depth analysis of trading performance, margin, and cost drivers to support business decisions.
- Business partner with senior leaders across commercial, operations, and merchandising functions.
- Develop and enhance financial models to support scenario planning and investment decisions.
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting packs for senior stakeholders and the board.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiencies within the finance function.
- Support ad hoc strategic projects, including pricing, promotional, and profitability analysis.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
