We are a leading technology platform and trusted cybersecurity distributor headquartered in Switzerland, with established entities across EMEA and Australia/NZ. As we continue to grow, we are committed to strengthening our governance, risk, and compliance framework worldwide. To support this, we are now looking for a Compliance Officer who will work closely with our General Counsel and key business units to ensure our operations meet legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements across all regions.

Please note this is a hybrid role with 2 days working from home and 3 from either of our office bases in London or the Cotswolds.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field; legal training (e.g., LLB / law degree or equivalent) is a strong plus.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in compliance or risk management, ideally in an international B2B environment.
  • Solid understanding of Swiss, EU, and UK regulatory frameworks, willingness to deepen knowledge of MEA and Australian/NZ regulations.
  • Experience with compliance risk assessments, and awareness‑raising activities.
  • Good understanding of commercial contracts, distribution models, and channel business is a clear advantage.
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive; able to work independently.
  • Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Based either in London or South Cerney.
