Infinigate UK&I is seeking an exceptional administrator to join their dynamic and evolving Internal Sales Team as a Client Inside Sales Specialist. Infinigate is a leading value-added distributor within the IT‑Security industry and this role is pivotal to supporting the wider sales, renewals and product teams, based UK-wide. You will gain an introduction to a range of departments, balance a varied workload and proactively manage a customer base with all related administrative duties.
In this role you can expect no two days to be the same, fantastic team comradery and reward for a job well done! We are pleased to offer this role as a permanent opportunity, based at our offices in South Cerney. This role is hybrid with 3 days working in office and 2 days working from home.
Duties & Responsibilities- To manage the quoting and sales order processes from receipt of PO from customer through to Supply Chain Team including quality checks and error resolution
- Daily customer back order and invoice reporting
- Assist with managing the RMA process
- Ensure the CRM system is used and updated
- In-depth understanding of systems and processes
- To assist with basic level quotations and queries
- To have a strong working relationship with
