Role Purpose

We’re looking for a proactive and influential HR Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to development and beyond, focusing on driving high performance and building an engaging workplace.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to embed a high‑performance culture through coaching, feedback, and development planning.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Handle employee relations cases with confidence and professionalism.
  • Drive engagement initiatives that make work meaningful and rewarding.
  • Contribute to HR projects and use data insights to improve processes and influence decisions.
  • Manage benefits administration with brokers and third‑party providers.
  • Lead on the promotion of our benefits offering to drive awareness, strong engagement levels and align with our overall well‑being strategy.
  • Maintain and optimise our HR system to ensure high data quality and a streamlined employee experience.
  • Utilise people data to identify key trends or challenges to support proactive initiatives to drive high performance and enhanced employee well‑being.

General Skills

  • Previous experience at HR Advisor level involving handling ER cases through formal stages.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Pro‑active and solutions‑focused mindset and passion for creating a great employee experience.

25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service, plus bank holidays. Day off on your birthday. Electric Car Lease Scheme.
