A new vendor growth project for Infinigate requires an exceptional Pre-Sales Consultant to join our sales team within Cybersecurity. This is a unique opportunity to become the subject matter expert on 1-3 security technologies supporting our new vendor and business initiatives. To be successful in this role you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enthusiastically delivering tasks including demos, training, troubleshooting, configuration and general support. Infinigate offers excellent training and investment in their employees, and this would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Pre-Sales professional within IT Channel, seeking further exposure from a Distributor’s perspective. This newly developed role will fully utilise a pre & post sales support skillset whilst allowing the successful candidate to make their own mark on the team and wider business. Please note this role could be based in our London or Woking offices and may involve some travel.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high level Pre-Sales Consultancy to create sales opportunity for your defined vendor/s.
  • Be comfortable discussing wider Infinigate portfolio solutions, in order to uncover and present multi product solution and cross-sell opportunities.
  • To provide technical validation and or Bill of Materials assurance to the Sales teams and our partners.
  • Product & Solution implementation and Integration.
  • Technically qualify sales opportunities against competitive solutions.
  • Assist in technical Partner enablement by providing Partner facing product knowledge transfer.
  • Primary function to provide Pre-Sales Support to Sales team and customers.
  • To respond to initial requests from Sales Team / Customer for assistance with Solution installation.
  • To understand the customer requirement and propose suitable solution from our portfolio.
  • Leading Scoping calls, Demonstrations and Proof of concepts.
  • Where accreditations allow provide Vendor Accredited training as required.
  • Proactively maintain high knowledge of the competitive landscape surrounding your defined technologies, in combination with general Cyber Security market trends.
  • If required, to act as backup to the Senior Partner Support Engineers, Solutions Engineers and Architect teams.

General Skills

  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Experience presenting technical information to a variety of audiences and knowledge levels.
  • 5+ years in a similar position within Cyber Security, or adjacent field.
  • Up to date with current threats and security concerns facing businesses.
  • Industry recognised advanced level certifications in the relevant fields.
  • Experience with supporting any of our existing Vendor solutions.
  • Accreditations / Certifications within any of our vendor solutions or competing products.

  • Up to £45,000 base salary + £15,000 variable commission, per annum.
  • 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service, plus bank holidays.
