Role Purpose

Infinigate UK&I are excited to recruit an HR Administrator Apprentice to join our skilled HR team for an 18-month FTC(fixed term contract). Our HR team plays a vital role in supporting our people and culture, and we are now seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to enhance our close-knit team. This role offers excellent broad HR exposure including involvement in the employee lifecycle from recruitment to reward!

As an apprentice, you will work towards the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship (aligned to the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice) whilst gaining hands-on experience on the job.

Please note this is a full-time role inclusive of study hours. This vacancy is based at our South Cerney office which, due to its rural location, has limited public transport access. The role is offered on an 18-month FTC with scope for permanency for the successful candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining the accuracy of employee records, keeping HR systems up to date
  • Understanding the task flows in our HR system to support continuous improvement of employee experience and streamlining the HR process
  • Run regular reports to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Preparing and amending HR documentation for new and existing employees
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling and coordination, maintaining applicant tracking system and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Monitor new starter onboarding journey, supporting with onboarding administrative process
  • Benefits administration
  • Responsible for off-boarding processes with leavers and completion of reference requests
  • Ad hoc project work focused on improving HR processes, procedures and systems
  • Additional tasks that may be required from time-to-time that fall within the scope of the individual’s skills and experience.

  • £25,000 to £27,000 salary per annum
  • 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service, plus bank holidays.
