Role Purpose
A newly developed opportunity to join one of our successful cyber security vendor teams as a Channel Development Executive has recently arisen at Infinigate.
We are seeking an ambitious, driven sales professional with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
This role has a laser focus on identifying and targeting net-new UK cyber security partners aligned to the team’s vendor portfolio.
You will work in a close-knit supportive team, in a fast-paced environment offering development opportunities and ideal exposure to the world of distribution!
We are pleased to offer this role as a permanent opportunity, based in our South Cerney on a hybrid basis, 3 days in office and 2 from home.
Ideally, you will hold a drivers license and have access to a vehicle.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and target net-new UK cyber security partners aligned to our vendor portfolio
- Proactively engage partners via outbound calls, email, Linked In, and other channels
- Secure and book introductory meetings between prospective partners and our internal/vendor teams
- Qualify partners based on capability, market focus, and potential to sell cyber security solutions
- Maintain accurate records of partner engagement and activity in CRM systems
- Work closely with vendor managers and vendor channel teams to align on target accounts and messaging
- Support wider channel growth initiatives, campaigns, and partner onboarding activity
- Continuously build knowledge of our vendor technologies and UK cyber security market trends
- General Skills
- Experience working within the UK cyber security channel (distributor, vendor, MSP, VAR, or SI)
- Proven track record of booking net-new partner meetings or driving new partner engagement
- Strong understanding of channel-led go-to-market models
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders within partner organisations
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working to activity and performance targets
