In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, analyse and document data processes, capture business needs, and support initiatives that improve how data is managed, governed and utilised. We're looking for individuals who can think critically, communicate effectively, build strong relationships and translate complex information into clear, actionable outcomes.
If you have strong analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and a desire to develop expertise in Data Governance and Microsoft Purview, we'd love to hear from you. We are pleased to offer this permanent opportunity as a fulltime role, based hybrid from one of our 4 office locations (Fareham, London, Woking or South Cerney) – 3 days in office, 2 working from home.
Requirements- Experience using collaboration, documentation and delivery tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar platforms
- Knowledge of data governance concepts including data ownership, stewardship, metadata, lineage, data quality, master data and regulatory considerations
- Practical understanding of Microsoft Purview concepts including Data Map, Unified Catalog, business glossary, classifications, lineage, collections, stewardship roles and data quality management
- Ability to use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve productivity, analysis, documentation quality and stakeholder communication
- Proven track record delivering business analysis outcomes within data, analytics, governance, compliance or transformation programmes
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate concepts to multiple stakeholders
- A self-starter with excellent multitasking abilities
- A team player, embracing business concepts and flexible to change
