Role Purpose
This is an exceptional chance for an ESG professional to step into a high-impact, standalone leadership role shaping sustainability on a truly global stage. As Group Sustainability Manager, you will lead the development, coordination and delivery of Infinigate’s sustainability strategy across the entire Group, ensuring we meet our environmental, social and governance commitments in a practical, commercially aligned and future-focused way. You’ll act as a catalyst for positive change and the champion for the key pillars of our global sustainability agenda.
We are pleased to offer this opportunity as a full-time, permanent position which can be based from any of our UK based offices (London, Woking, South Cerney or Fareham). Infinigate offers a hybrid working policy comprising of two days working from home and 3 days in office.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate sustainability activity across Group functions and regional/country teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Support senior leadership with updates, decision-making materials, and progress reporting.
- Help embed sustainability considerations into business planning, procurement, operations, and commercial decision-making.
- Monitor external sustainability trends, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory developments relevant to Infinigate.
- Lead coordination of ESG data collection across Group, working with internal stakeholders to improve data quality, consistency, and completeness.
- Support preparation of annual sustainability reporting and other ESG disclosures.
- Help ensure readiness for relevant sustainability regulations and reporting requirements, including CSRD, ESRS, EU Green Deal, ESOS, EcoVadis, CDP and other related frameworks where applicable.
- Develop and coordinate the delivery of Infinigate’s decarbonisation approach, including carbon footprint measurement and emissions reduction planning.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and customers on sustainability-related requests, questionnaires and initiatives.
- Build sustainability awareness and capability across the Group through guidance, tools, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional working groups and support effective sustainability governance structures.
- Identify risks, dependencies and resource requirements related to sustainability delivery.
- Support continuous improvement of sustainability systems, processes, and controls.
General Skills
- Have 3+ years in sustainability strategy development and implementation, as well as project management.
- Strong understanding of sustainability, ESG, carbon accounting, and corporate reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of key sustainability frameworks and regulations, such as CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, and Science Based Targets.
- Knowledge of key sustainability rating frameworks including EcoVadis and CDP.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate activity across multiple teams, countries, and functions.
- Strong analytical skills, including confidence working with data, spreadsheets, ESG metrics, and reporting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex sustainability topics into clear business language.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels of seniority.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align sustainability priorities with business objectives.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently in an international business.
- Practical problem-solving mindset, with the ability to move from strategy to implementation.

Up to £60,000 salary + up to £10,000 bonus per annum. 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service, plus bank holidays. Day off on your birthday. Electric Car Lease Scheme.
