Infinigate Cloud are excited to advertise an Account Manager vacancy within one of our successful sales teams. At Infinigate Cloud, Account Managers act as the hub of interaction and efficiency, contributing significantly to the overall success of the wider team. To be successful in this role, you will proactively drive profitable growth by increasing the number of transacting partners, order frequency and overall business from Infinigate Cloud’s partners. This role offers the ideal entry point into IT Channel through tailored training and a progressive increase in responsibility and autonomy!

We are pleased to offer this role as hybrid, based 3 days per week in office, with 2 days working from home. This role can be based at either our Woking or Fareham office locations.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Overall workload revenue and profit contribution for Azure, responsible for accurate pipeline and sales forecasting.
  • Support the creation of repeatable GTM campaigns that are rolled out through the Infinigate Partner Management teams which drive customer frequency & yield.
  • Recruit and manage key strategic Azure resellers growing their revenue and profit to agreed targets.
  • Provide insight and recommendations which support the development of Infinigate’s Professional and Managed Service offerings.
  • Participate in partner education, events and communication programs, encouraging the utilisation of Infinigate’s GROW and EDGE.
  • Work with the Microsoft SMC & GPS Channel Sales teams to ensure effective delivery of programs such as the SureStep program.
  • Engage with select security vendors to drive repeatable GTM solutions, offers and campaigns in partnership with the Marketing & Product teams.
  • Maintain a constant focus on Partner Satisfaction and achievement of Infinigate’s world-class NPS rating.
General Skills
  • A desire to work within the technology sector aligned to Microsoft.
  • Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to communicate at all levels including strong presentation skills.
  • A high level of computer literacy, combined with strong Microsoft Office suite skills with proven experience of accurately recording data in computerised systems.
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp the features and benefits for resellers and their customers of new technology services and turn into commercial propositions.
  • Excellent organisational skills working well both in a team environment and individually.

Salary and Benefits
  • Up to £30,000 salary per annum + £4,000 variable commission.
  • 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service, plus bank holidays.
