Role Purpose
Join us as we continue to transform the cloud marketplace experience for our partners and vendors.
As Platform Partner Success Manager, you'll lead the journey from initial engagement through to long-term success, ensuring partners can seamlessly onboard, transact, and grow on the CORE platform.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and strategic partner, bringing together cross-functional teams to remove barriers, maximise value, and deliver outstanding commercial outcomes.

Infingate Cloud uses a bespoke cloud marketplace platform - Cloud Blue Commerce (CORE).
Exposure to this platform would be highly advantageous however broader awareness of cloud marketplace platforms will be considered and training provided.
We are pleased to offer this permanent opportunity as a fulltime role, based hybrid from one of our 4 office locations (Fareham, London, Woking or South Cerney) 3 days in office, 2 working from home.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for partners during pre-onboarding stages, leading platform conversations and shaping partner understanding early
- Deliver platform demos and support sales engagements, clearly articulating how CORE works in practice
- Represent CORE capabilities and constraints with confidence, ensuring solutions are realistic and aligned
- Engage prospective partners to assess fit, highlight complexity, and set clear expectations from the outset
- Deliver or support partner training, ensuring partners are confident in how they will operate within the platform
- Onboarding Visibility & Sales Support
- Maintain a clear view of partner onboarding across the pipeline, focusing on readiness and successful outcomes
- Provide Sales with clarity on partner preparedness, risks, and likely timelines to transact
- Identify gaps between partner expectations and platform reality, and intervene early to resolve Ensure partners reach go-live in a position where they can transact effectively and without friction
- Partner Adoption & In-Life Success
- Take ownership of early partner success, ensuring partners actively adopt and use the platform
- Use partner activity and engagement as leading indicators to identify risk or underperformance
- Work with Sales to drive meaningful usage, not just access to the platform
- Challenge and guide partners where needed to improve performance and realise value from CORE
- Partner Experience & Continuous Improvement
- Use direct partner feedback and experience to identify where the platform or process isn't working
- Translate partner pain points into clear, actionable improvements for Platform Ops
- Influence how onboarding and partner journeys evolve to reduce friction and improve scalability
- Ensure recurring issues are addressed structurally, not just resolved case-by-case
- Step in where partner outcomes are at risk, ensuring issues are understood and driven to resolution
- Provide a single, clear view of partner health to internal stakeholders
- Maintain momentum during issues, ensuring partners and Sales remain informed and confident
- Focus on resolving the underlying cause, not just the immediate issue
- General Skills
- Strong understanding of cloud marketplace and subscription platforms, ideally with exposure to Cloud Blue Commerce (CORE), including how partners provision, transact, and are billed within the platform.
- Ability to represent platform capability in a commercial context, translating how CORE works into clear, practical conversations that support Sales cycles and partner decision-making
- Experience working closely with Sales teams to support partner onboarding and growth, with an understanding of how platform capability impacts activation and revenue
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication, able to simplify platform behaviour into clear, usable guidance for both partners and internal teams
- Commercial awareness and outcome focus, able to identify where partner setup or engagement may limit success and act to improve it
- Strong coordination and ownership mindset, able to work across teams to resolve issues and maintain partner momentum

- Up to £40,000 base salary per annum + £5,000 - £10,000 variable commission
- 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service, plus bank holidays.
