Role Purpose
Infinigate Cloud is seeking to recruit an excellent Business Administrator to join their successful and innovative Marketing team based in Fareham. This is a detail focused role which will utilise a strong communicative and organisational skillset. If you have gained exposure in business related administration particularly related to funds claim management processes, this role may be your next career step!
We are pleased to offer this role on a hybrid basis with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. As an inclusive employer, we are open to considering this role as full-time or part-time, 4 days per week or shorter working hours. Please state your preference in application.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team with the administration of vendor Coop and MDF fund claims, including collecting Proof of Performance and Proof of Execution, submitting the claims, and managing the funds and costs reconciliation.
- Manage marketing purchase orders and maintain relationships with marketing suppliers.
- Gathering of required proof of performance for marketing activities as guided by local marketing manager
- Submitting claim packs to vendors to secure MDF, adhering to strict guidelines, procedures and deadlines
- Downloading & collating marketing performance reports from email tools, web stats and social media to share with vendors.
- Collation of end of campaign performance reports for sharing on vendor QBRs and in vendor meetings.
- Raising PO’s, recording expenditure and supporting team with budget management
- Assist with the maintenance of customer database by liaising between marketing and sales, updating CRM and other tools
- Assisting the marketing team with general administration duties as and when required.
- Use project management tools to assist with organise marketing tasks and campaigns calendar.
- Manage the intake and distribution of leads to the relevant sales and business development owners.
General Skills
- Demonstrable experience in administration role.
- Experience with full MS Office Suite – especially Excel.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks on time and within budget.
- A willingness to embrace new technologies and ways of working, with a growth mindset and passion for learning.
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve individual and company objectives.

- Up to £28,000 salary per annum (aligned with level of experience)
- 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service, plus bank holidays.
