Join our MagnetoRheological materials (MRX) team as we work to create a sustainable future through innovative chemistry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape Infineum’s diversification journey by blending to support performance evaluation, developing and implementing methods to gain insight into MRX characterisation, and in-use degradation. The role provides scope to improve on what we do, including data and knowledge management, and optimisation of how we work.

You will work closely with technical experts, and have exposure across the different technology platforms in MRX, the commercial factors which influence who we work with and good cross functional and cross-regional engagement in the process of bringing these products to market, including Manufacturing, Procurement and PSRC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively uphold high safety standards within the group.
  • Blend, coordinate customer and test lab sampling.
  • Design, recommend, and develop testing methodologies to rationalise performance observations.
  • Execute experimental programs and present results and conclusions clearly.
  • Contribute to project teams and deliver work elements aligned with strategic objectives.
