In your new role you will:
- Design Development: Define, design, and validate analog/mixed-signal IP blocks for power management solutions
- Layout Guidance: Provide guidance to physical designers on critical aspects of block layout
- Documentation: Document and review critical aspects of design architecture, implementation, and testing processes
- Simulation Verification: Participate in top-level simulation-based verification of the IC to ensure performance
- Lab Validation: Guide lab and test engineers in the validation and characterization of mixed-signal IP
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
- Education: Actively pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Circuit Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of both analog and mixed-signal circuit design principles
- Simulation Tools: Familiarity with simulation tools and methodologies for IC validation
- Soft Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Lab Experience: Basic experience in validation and characterization using lab equipment like oscilloscopes and signal analyzers
