Senior Staff Verification Engineer (f/m/div) at Infineon Technologies – Bristol. Join a verification team using leading-edge tools and methodologies as part of Infineon’s Design Center in Bristol, contributing to the future of mobility.

Responsibilities
- Develop System Verilog – UVM testbenches and solve complex problems related to test bench development
- Lead the development of new SV UVM verification components
- Understand and modify Specman-e test benches
- Debug failing test cases to root cause
- Define and write a functional coverage model
- Participate in reviews to ensure test benches meet quality standards and are complete
- Contribute to verification perspective in Design and Concept meetings
- Ensure test benches meet sign-off targets, including coverage, functional safety, and test bench qualification
- Proactively increase the efficiency of verification activities and mitigate risks early
- Contribute to enhancing the Verification strategy and architecture of IP test benches
Your Profile / Qualifications
- A Bachelor\’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Verification, preferably at the IP level, with System Verilog – UVM; prior knowledge in Specman-e is desirable
- Advanced knowledge in UVM and SVAs, System Verilog
- Experience with Verification platform and framework development
- Proven ownership of IP verification including delivering to metric targets
- Ability to understand complex design specifications, derive features, and test bench architectures from concept
- Ability to use industry-standard EDA tools
- Good time management and ability to deliver high-quality requirements under pressure
- Aptitude for clear communication of issues and progress
- A safety-first approach with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of functional safety and verification; scripting languages; knowledge of relevant tools/systems
