Your Role

  • You will oversee and improve quality standards for microcontroller products, while ensuring compliance across processes.
  • Collaborating with design centers and global teams, you will drive quality improvements and address customer demands effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of the QMS in Bristol, Cork, and Dublin design centers.
  • Create and manage qualification plans, aligning them with AEC-Q100 standards and customer demands, while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
  • Prepare quality reports to provide clear updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the main quality manager and point of contact for quality issues during volume production.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, supporting risk management initiatives and audits.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams and production sites, addressing quality processes and challenges.
  • Define and improve quality metrics, proactively deriving future targets based on market and customer trends.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Studies in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry.
  • Experience in semiconductors within the automotive industry, with additional knowledge in quality management being an advantage.
  • Good understanding of microcontroller products and their technical structure.
  • Proficiency in quality methodologies, such as FMEA, 8D, 3x5Why, or APQP.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards with certified auditor credentials considered a plus.
  • Strong affinity for IT tools and digital technologies and intercultural competence, with the ability to work in international environments.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
