About The Role

Do you want the opportunity to be part of the exciting entertainment industry while growing up with us? As a Technician, you’ll get to work hands-on fixing and fine-tuning LED screens. Based in our Crawley repair center, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and testing LED systems, while also organizing the local repair operations. This is a full-time position with strong growth potential. If you are self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn, you will have the chance to join customer installations, participate in partner training, and take on a larger role within our technical department over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair damaged LED video tiles, modules, and related components.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues in LED systems.
  • Perform precise hand soldering of pixels and other electronic parts.
  • Inspect, calibrate, and test LED equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Take ownership of the Crawley repair center, ensuring organization, efficiency, and accurate repair records.
  • Perform routine maintenance to extend the lifespan of LED equipment.
  • Support customer installations and partner training sessions when required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge, being able to both train and be trained.

Required Skills

  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Living near Crawley, with the ability to commute daily.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (UK and abroad).
  • Ability to lift to 20 kgs.
