As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on developing new business opportunities across the UK & Ireland, working with AV integrators, consultants, and end users. This is a highly visible role where you will have real impact on market growth, supported by an established global brand and strong product offering.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow new business opportunities within the fixed installations market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AV integrators, consultants, and key clients
- Identify opportunities across key verticals such as corporate, retail, control rooms, broadcast, and public sector
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Deliver compelling presentations and position INFiLED as a premium solution provider
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
- Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally within AV, LED, or related industries
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to open new accounts
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value deals
- Existing network in the AV industry is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
