The Role:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, and offline) that engage, inform, and convert.
  • Use HubSpot to create workflows, segment audiences, and support lead nurturing strategies that move people through the funnel.
  • Coordinate and manage events and trade shows, overseeing logistics, campaign support, and lead follow-up.
  • Ensure campaigns consistently reflect our brand and values across all platforms and sectors.
  • Work with sales, design, and content to align marketing activity with commercial goals and customer needs.
  • Use insights from HubSpot and GA4 to measure performance and continuously improve.

What You'll Need To Have:

  • Previous experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns (across email, digital, paid channels).
  • Hands-on familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • A strong sense of brand, messaging, and visual consistency.
  • Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
