  • Access Management: Authorization structures across both platforms, aligned with regional stakeholders and IT vendors.
  • Global Training: Training programs in Asia, the Americas, and Europe, plus regional go-to contacts for first-level support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collect improvement ideas from the regions and translate them into end-to-end processes.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate external IT vendors and manage partner access.

  • Experience in access and data governance across multiple regions.
  • Experience designing and delivering training for audiences with different languages, time zones, and levels of digital maturity.
  • A process- and systems-oriented mindset, with the discipline to sustain governance over time.
