Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10 to 12+ years of experience with technologies such as Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Citrix, VMware, and Windows Desktop platforms, including architecture, design, administration, and management of distributed systems.
  2. 7+ years of experience with Configuration Management, MDM, and deployment methods using SCCM and Intune.
  3. Understanding of Microsoft Patching Cycles & Policies, including WSUS and Windows Update Rings.
  4. Knowledge of emerging enterprise technologies like Azure, Intune, Windows Analytics, and Autopilot.
  5. Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and IT applications.
  6. PowerShell scripting skills.
  7. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  8. Ability to diagnose and resolve problems with systems, peripherals, and applications.
  9. In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networking, and software applications.
  10. Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and technology deployments, including Office 365 or Microsoft 365.
  11. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex desktop problems and implement solutions.
  12. Assist with pre-migration tasks like data backup and application compatibility checks.
  13. Perform hardware and software assessments for Windows 11 compatibility.
  14. Support for Citrix, VMware Horizon, Virtual Desktops, and Streaming Applications.
  15. Support for Dell hardware and storage products.
  16. Understanding of compliance and security best practices for desktops, servers, and Azure.
  17. Develop and promote operational documentation.
  18. Identify security risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
  19. Partner with InfoSec to enhance system management.
  20. Participate in on-call and incident resolution.
  21. Maintain system efficiency through upgrades and repairs.
