Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse ready to make a real difference in your community? We are seeking experienced and confident Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs), District Nurses, and Community Nurses to join our dedicated adult community healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be delivering high-quality, person-centred care across the community, with responsibilities including:
• Safe and effective administration of medications (oral, insulin, SC and IM injections)
• Palliative care support including syringe driver management and advanced symptom control
• Catheter care: male, female, and suprapubic catheterisations
• IV therapy administration
• Leg ulcer management and wound care
• Conducting Doppler assessments (training desirable)
• Supporting and completing CHC nursing needs assessments (desirable)

Requirements:
• NMC registration as RMN, RN or RN (Adult)
• Proven experience in community nursing
• Confident working independently in a community setting
• Full UK driving license and access to your own car
• Strong clinical skills and sound decision-making under pressure
