Role Overview
We are continuing to grow and are now looking for an experienced Data Visualisation Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone at mid level who enjoys turning complex data into clear, engaging, and actionable insights. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to design and build high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions. You'll help organisations better understand their performance, identify trends, and make smarter decisions. The role sits at the intersection of data, design, and business insight and is perfect for someone who is both analytical and visually minded, and who wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Location: We are ideally looking for someone London-based. Although the role is remote, we meet up with the team each week and there is occasional travel to client sites. You will need to have the right to work in the UK as we are not able to sponsor work visas for this role.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Translate complex datasets into clear, visually engaging insights
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and business questions
- Support the development of scalable reporting solutions using modern data platforms
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across all reporting outputs
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and communicate these effectively
Working with Data
- Query and manipulate data using SQL
- Work with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, and where relevant BigQuery or Databricks
- Support data modelling and integration with data warehouses
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure clean, reliable datasets
Clients and Teams
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Contribute to best practices in data visualisation and dashboard design
- Continuously improve how we present and communicate data
What You Bring
You're someone who enjoys working with data but also cares about how it's presented and understood. You'll likely have:
- 4-6 years' experience in data visualisation, BI, or analytics roles
- Strong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Good working knowledge of SQL
- Experience working with Snowflake (essential), with exposure to BigQuery or Databricks
Beneficial
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and structured data environments
- Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Confidence communicating insights to stakeholders
