The Role: We’re looking for a Technical AI Analyst to join us at an exciting stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys figuring things out, improving how work gets done, and using technology and AI tools to make teams more effective. You’ll work closely with consultants, data scientists, and AI engineers on client projects, supporting analysis, research, documentation, presentations, and technical problem-solving. This is a practical, varied role with lots of exposure and plenty of opportunity to grow. You don’t need to be a hardcore engineer - what matters most is that you’re the kind of person who sees a problem and thinks “I can learn how to fix that.” Whether it’s building better analysis, improving reporting, experimenting with AI tools, or creating clearer client outputs, you’ll be hands-on and close to real work from day one.
Location: London (Remote with regular client travel to other cities)
Start Date: Immediate / within 2–4 weeks
Eligibility: Must have the permanent right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting AI and data-driven consulting projects through structured analysis and research
- Preparing and validating data, checking outputs, and supporting analytical workstreams
- Writing and validating SQL queries to support analysis and reporting
- Supporting the evaluation and validation of data and AI model outputs
- Helping define metrics, assumptions, and analytical approaches for client work
- Producing clear, well-structured reports, documentation, and presentations for clients
- Supporting dashboards, models, or analytical outputs where required
- Working with cloud-based tools and platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft ecosystem)
- Collaborating closely with consultants and engineers to translate technical work into business-friendly insights
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables
- Travelling to client sites as needed

You’ll likely bring:
- A degree in a technical or analytical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Maths, Statistics, Engineering)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft or Google workspace
- The ability to pick up new tools and concepts quickly and apply them practically
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
- A delivery-focused mindset — you care about getting things right
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS
- Experience supporting consulting, analytics, or technical delivery teams
- Some experience with scripting or analysis (e.g. Python or SQL) preferred
