We’re entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to broaden our engineering expertise — designing, programming, and training complex networks of algorithms to expand our AI programmes.
What you\'ll be doing
In this role, you’ll evaluate and compare algorithm performance using large, real-world data sets. Design and implement machine learning algorithms. Undertake data mining from multiple sources to gain insights that accelerate algorithm and model performance. Play a pivotal role in supporting client objectives through AI-driven insights that enable better business decisions and strategic planning. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is creative, curious, and technically skilled and loves working across the intersections of software engineering, data science, and AI innovation.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Build, train, and fine-tune machine learning models and algorithms to solve business challenges.
- Assess algorithm performance against large, real-world data sets.
- Support and oversee ongoing AI/ML engineering projects and delivery for multiple clients.
- Implement scalable, production-ready AI solutions using best practices in MLOps.
- Collaborate with consultants, clients and data engineers to deliver robust, high-value client solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of our AI capabilities by identifying and applying emerging tools and techniques.
Location: This is a remote role but we are ideally looking for someone in London.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in programming, software engineering, and data science, with a track record of delivering engineering projects that realise the potential of AI/ML. You’ll bring experience in some or all of the following:
- Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML engineering projects, ideally within a consultancy or data-driven business.
- A deep curiosity for ongoing development in AI/ML and emerging tech.
- Confident, credible and able to communicate internally and externally
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex, real-world problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you enjoy working in a team that values learning and transparency.
