Senior HR Policy Lead — Create and Govern Inclusive Policies in Glasgow

Infected Blood Compensation Authority is seeking a Senior HR Policy Advisor to lead policy development across the HR function, collaborating with Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and Recruitment to ensure a joined-up approach. You will own IBCA’s HR policy suite, review and modernise frameworks, draft new guidance, and provide clear, compliant advice.
