I’m rolling out HubSpot in a brand-new environment focused on sales management and I’d like an expert to lead the entire implementation. Here’s what I need:

  • Recommend the most suitable HubSpot subscription (and any add-ons) for a small team whose core goals are pipeline management and lead scoring, plus simple email broadcasts to prospects and clients.
  • Configure the CRM from scratch: custom deal stages, properties, lead-scoring rules, and dashboards that match our sales process.
  • Import my existing records via CSV—companies, contacts, deals, and historical notes—so everything lands in the right fields without duplicates.
  • Set up email templates and broadcast capabilities so I can send segmented campaigns while keeping a complete communication history on each record.
  • Create user roles and permissions: three additional team members must be able to add or update their own contacts and deals but not view the full database.
