Overview
I need an expert to set up HubSpot and ChatGPT Business on my Mac and weave them tightly into the rest of my stack so daily operations run without friction. The immediate touch-points are:
- Email (Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail flow into HubSpot so ChatGPT Business can draft or fully answer incoming messages and route them to the right pipeline stage);
- CRM website chat and lead capture (site visitors receive instant AI-powered answers while every enquiry drops into HubSpot, tagged and scored);
- Competitive insights (set up automations or third-party connectors to pull competitor news and social activity into a dashboard).
Deliverables
- Clean installation of HubSpot desktop tools and ChatGPT Business on macOS.
- Secure API or middleware links to the three email clients plus selected CRM/marketing apps (e.g., Zapier, Make, native connectors).
