- Email: Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail must flow into HubSpot so ChatGPT Business can draft or fully answer incoming messages and route them to the right pipeline stage.
- CRM & Marketing tools: I’m already in HubSpot but I’m open to linking popular CRMs like Salesforce or Zoho and any essential marketing platforms, as long as the data synchronises in real time.
- Website chat and lead capture: site visitors should get instant, AI-powered answers while every enquiry drops straight into HubSpot, tagged and scored.
