You will oversee food safety across a varied restaurant portfolio, supporting partners from launch through day to day operations. You will lead audits, deliver training, ensure compliance, and work closely with the Head of Food Safety on wider strategy. The role also includes managing one direct report and helping shape a growing, high-performing team.
