Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Sales Account Director to lead strategic sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across new Mid-Market & Enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in professional services technology solutions and a proven track record of winning new business in competitive markets. The UK market is specifically focussed on ServiceNow, SAP and AI so experience in selling products in these markets will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with marketing, project, and pre-sales teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications Requirements:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the technology sector, with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Proven success in selling complex tech solutions (e.g., SaaS, cloud, data analytics, digital transformation).
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
