We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience as a head chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the culinary team, oversee food production, and ensure the highest quality of dishes in our establishment.

  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
  • Add to existing menu and develop new recipes ensuring varied and high quality dishes
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and monitoring supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized cooking environment
  • Responsible for Health & Safety and Food Hygiene practices
  • Responsible for ensuring EHO standards meet regulation, including food safety and allergens
  • Training new kitchen employees

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role:

  • Strong knowledge of hospitality, food safety, and culinary techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Proficient in supervising kitchen operations and staff
  • Creative flair in menu planning and presentation
  • Ability to produce excellent high quality food
