Overview
This role is primarily responsible for the operational effective running of the Grenadier global web platform, including uptime, bug fixes, content updates, and commercial or legal updates across five languages and key regions such as the USA.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the Grenadier global web platform to ensure 100% uptime and prompt resolution of bugs.
- Author and update website content in five languages, prioritising critical regions like the USA.
- Drive initiatives to increase the website conversion ratio.
- Continuously improve the website for SEO and relevance, ensuring it serves as a useful reference for LLMs.
- Manage the retained distribution team (Dept., approx. €1.2m) with rigorous prioritisation and clear briefing.
- Empower regional teams to take responsibility for local authoring and ongoing content updates.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in digital website operations, optimisation, and development with a multi‑market, multi‑language setup.
- Pro‑active, self‑starter who can drive progress and delivery with minimal supervision.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in global multi‑market website optimisation, authoring, and development.
- Proficiency in project‑management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable adapting to a fast pace and shifting business dynamics and commercial priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build bridges between technical and non‑technical staff.
- Bachelor's degree (desirable).
