Job Purpose
To manage Site Services planning resource so that the team deliver safe and efficient operation of utility services to Runcorn Site.
- Key Accountabilities
- Structuring Site Services OSES Requests.
- Management of event, contract and core work lists.
- Manage the coordination of routine and emergent (core) work ensuring cost approval, availability support trades and materials for effective delivery.
- Manage the planning and delivery of task events to cost and duration through preparation of work specifications, schedules and estimates that are then implemented.
- Ensuring delivery of contract work to meet section priorities and approved costs.
- Line management of planning and coordination team.
Skills & Experience
- HND/HNC in an Engineering discipline. FLM or equivalent Management qualification
- Knowledge of contractor methodology.
- Thorough knowledge and practical experience of safe systems of work, including Site Instructions, Risk Assessments, etc.
- Experience of planning/task/overhaul and maintenance systems.
- Working knowledge of standard IT systems – MS Windows, MS Excel and SAP.
- Excellent adherence to standards and compliance.
- Ability to communicate well with people at all levels in the organisation and direct a multi-skilled work force.
- Ability to prioritise and manage the daily workload of diverse multi trade jobs while maintaining the highest SHE standards.
