We are looking for an experienced Integrity Engineer to join our team at Hull. This role is responsible for defining, evaluating and reporting on mechanical pressure equipment inspections to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Ineos requirements for safe, reliable operations.
In this role you will:
- Manage the inspection portfolio / Inspection Database Management System
- Define written Schemes of Examinations
- Analyse and report on Inspection & NDT results
- Carry out Risk Based Inspection assessments
- Provide technical support to Inspectors in preparation of inspection work scopes and review of Inspection findings
- Investigate and report on in-service equipment degradation and failures
- Plan and support inspections for plant Turnarounds & Projects
- Carry out Fitness for Service assessments
- Define and monitor Integrity Operating Windows
- Hold safety as your number one priority
Requirements:
- Experienced Integrity Engineer (Pressure Vessels, Pipework, Tanks, Relief Devices)
- Minimum Degree in a mechanical discipline
- Detailed knowledge of legislation, codes and standards related to mechanical equipment integrity
- Detailed knowledge of materials and damage mechanisms
- Detailed knowledge of Inspection and NDT methods
- Detailed knowledge of Risk Based Inspection and Fitness for Service
