ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY

Due to increasing business demand, our Centralised Turnaround [TAR] Team is now looking for someone with the relevant skills to provide administration assistance and play an important role in the engineering support, preparation and delivery of our 2026 Grangemouth Turnaround programmes.

Key accountabilities:

  • Print, copy & collate technical documents / drawings.
  • Print, copy & collate workpack supporting documentation.
  • Proactive, resourceful, ability to work on own and as part of a team, positive attitude, ability to influence, flexible approach to work.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office applications to a good level.
  • High appreciation of the importance in completeness and quality of documentation.

Please note the role will require some periods of flexible working to meet the demands and target to be ready for the TAR event.

Ability to use initiative and prioritise work to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and understands the importance of quality and accurate information/records. Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work on own and as part of a team. Positive attitude with the ability to influence and a flexible approach to work.
