The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for driving sales performance by ensuring data accuracy, managing vehicle orders and registrations, and coordinating system testing and developments. This role collaborates cross-functionally with IT, logistics, finance and regional sales teams to streamline processes and enable smooth daily operations, product and market launches. Strong analytical and communications skills are key to success in the role.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of day-to-day sales operations tasks, such as order processing, migration support, dealer trades, and ensuring the overall accuracy and integrity of customer and vehicle data across multiple systems (i.e., VMS).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to address system-related queries, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Responsible for overseeing the vehicle registration process and ensuring any system updates and proposed enhancements are planned, on-time and within budget.
- Work closely with pricing and finance teams to ensure that any discrepancies in vehicle pricing, discounts, or promotions are addressed and corrected in the system.
- Provides the global Fleet team with updates on order status and configurations, including expected build and delivery dates.
- Supporting with customer eligibility checks, ensuring relevant processes are followed in line with INEOS and legal guidelines.
