About Our Opportunity

As a TAR Scheduler you will develop, monitor and update detailed TAR plans. You will also develop and apply common programme coding structures across future TARs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure all planned work is on the TAR Execution Plan (TEP). All activities and resources included.
  • Maintain consistency of planning/scheduling approach across all TARs and deliver accurate forecasting of INEOS and third‑party resource demand.
  • Schedule 400-2500 workpacks per TAR.
  • Share knowledge and experience with other planner/schedulers.
  • Deliver effective TAR programmes and ensure timely development to required detail.
  • Work with workpack planners, engineering and operations to define accurate, deliverable activities.
  • Clearly identify and articulate TAR critical paths, milestones, risks and contingencies.
  • Monitor programme execution and update programme for progress.
  • Participate in TAR progress meetings to extract information for updating programmes.
  • Ensure contractor planning/scheduling realistic and deliverable.

Note: The role may involve periods of inconvenience to support planned and unplanned plant outages.

About You

Required qualifications and experience

  • HNC or equivalent in project management or engineering discipline, or suitable relevant experience in a petrochemical/manufacturing environment.
  • Expert understanding of planning tools/software such as Primavera, SAP, and Maximo.
  • Planning and organisation skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to follow and implement company planning processes.
  • Effective communication across all organisational levels.
  • Logical, proactive, and methodical problem‑solving.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills with clear recommendations.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible.
  • Commitment to SHE performance improvement.
