Our Automotive team consist of around 1500 employees, 10 locations and 44 nationalities, we're an international team working together to challenge the ordinary.
Your role
This role is primarily responsible for the operational effective running of the Grenadier global web platform.
This would include operational uptime, authoring in 5 languages, content updates for critical regions (USA), & development, the outcome required is driving up the conversion ratio of the website.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Digital experience is at the heart of how our brand is presented and how our prospects and customers interact with the Brand.
- Operational responsibility for web uptime/bug fixes and commercial or legal updates.
- The Brand website needs to be continuously improved for SEO, particularly ensuring it is a relevant reference point for the LLM’s.
- There is a retained team at Dept. (c.€1.2m) that needs to be carefully managed to ensure rigorous prioritisation and clear briefing.
- This role is responsible for global authoring, and it is the intention to empower the regions to take some responsibility for authoring in their markets.

- Strong experience in digital website operations, optimisation and development with multi‑market/language set‑up.
- Pro‑active, a self‑starter that can drive progress and delivery with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge and experience of global multi‑market website optimisation, authoring and development.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable adapting to working at a fast pace and to shifting business dynamics and commercial priorities.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build bridges between technical and non‑technical staff.
