Your role
This role is primarily responsible for the operational effective running of the Grenadier global web platform.
This includes operational uptime, authoring in five languages, content updates for critical regions (USA) and development, with the outcome required to drive up the conversion ratio of the website.
Responsibilities
- Digital experience is at the heart of how our brand is presented and how prospects and customers interact with the brand.
- Operational responsibility for web uptime, bug fixes, and commercial or legal updates.
- The brand website needs to be continuously improved for SEO, especially ensuring it is a relevant reference point for large‑language models.
- Manage a retained team at Dept. (c. €1.2 m) to ensure rigorous prioritisation and clear briefing.
- Provide global authoring, empowering regions to take responsibility for authoring in their markets.
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital website operations, optimisation and development with multi‑market/language set‑up.
- Pro‑active, a self‑starter who can drive progress and delivery with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge and experience of global multi‑market website optimisation, authoring and development.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable adapting to working at a fast pace and to shifting business dynamics and commercial priorities.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build bridges between technical and non‑technical staff.
- Bachelor’s degree (desirable).
