Sustainable Energy First is a leading sustainable energy and utilities specialist. As a certified B Corporation with a strong commitment to sustainability, we are focused on reducing the carbon footprint of our clients, which account for 3.5% of UK business power consumption. Our goal is to eradicate 327,000 tonnes CO2e by 2028, equivalent to taking 73,000 cars off the road.

In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business by setting high-quality appointments and opening doors to opportunities with corporate energy users. With generous OTE, plenty of room for growth and development, and the flexibility of hybrid working.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated
  • Able to work as a team and individually
  • Must have a professional telephone manner and be comfortable communicating with all levels of the business including high-profile executives
  • Experience in lead generation or B2B sales environment
  • Able to make high volumes of daily calls over a sustained period to meet KPIs set

Other Information:

  • Starting at 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working after completion of probation; you must be able to commute to our Lytham office 50% of the week.
