As a certified B Corporation with a strong commitment to sustainability, we are focused on reducing the carbon footprint of our clients, which account for 3.5% of UK business power consumption. Eradicating 327,000 tonnes CO2e by 2028 is the goal – this is the equivalent of taking 73,000 cars off the road.
Position: In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business by setting high-quality appointments and opening doors to opportunities with corporate energy users. With generous OTE, plenty of room for growth and development, and the flexibility of hybrid working.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Able to work as a team and individually
- Must have a professional telephone manner and be comfortable communicating with all levels of the business including high-profile executives
- Experience of lead generation or B2B sales environment
- Able to make high volumes of daily calls over a sustained period to meet KPIs set
Other information:
- Starting at 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Hybrid working after completion of probation, you must be able to commute to our Lytham office 50% of the week
