Register Your Interest - Creative Operations (Consumer Products) Placement

To join our 12-month placement, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Currently be an undergraduate studying at university and applying for a placement year in your 2nd or final year
  • Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2026
  • Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or an equivalent course or an apprenticeship

In addition, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 29th June 2026 to Friday 16th July 2027.

We strongly advise that you do not apply to more than one internship role to ensure that you are considered for the role you are most interested in and that your skills are aligned.

What will I be doing?

The Operations role works with the Senior Manager, Operations - Brand Management and Product Development on all day-to-day requirements, supporting the Consumer Products division. It is a dynamic and pivotal role, working across all teams and supporting their project needs. It involves projects such as creative design, strategy development, ways of working and processes, marketing materials, pitches, and events.

What will I learn from this opportunity?

You will develop proficiency in project management skills, including process mapping, creating briefs, resource and budget management, stakeholder communication, and approval workflows. You will see a wide range of projects from inception to market delivery. You will become familiar with asset management systems, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Most importantly, you will learn how the consumer products industry operates operationally and how content is extended beyond the screen.
