Register Your Interest – Advancing Social Mobility Programme at PwC
Are you in the first year of a 3‑year degree (or second year of a 4‑year degree), attending a state school, and coming from a lower socio‑economic background? This in-person, paid three‑day programme is designed to inspire and support students like you. Register here to be among the first notified when applications open and be in strong position to secure your spot.
What you\’ll do
- Take part in athree-day, paid, in-person experience (14–16 April 2025) to explore what a career at PwC could look like
- Meetmentors, buddies, and colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds and services
- Joininteractive sessions and Inclusion & Diversity networks that support confidence and encourage you to bring your whole self to work
- Gain a genuine insight into professional services and how PwC nurtures talent
- Understand different business areas and the opportunities that could follow
You must be in the UK and available for all three days to take part, and apply to your chosen Line of Service and office location (with placements confirmed after successful application.
What you\’ll need
You’re eligible if you:
- Are in yourfirst year (3‑year degree) orsecond year (4‑year degree)
- Are on track to pass your undergraduate degree, in any subject
- Attended a state school between ages 11 and 16
- Come from alower socio‑economic background , determined by either:
- your main household earner’s occupation at age 14 (as per Social Mobility Commission guidance), or
- receiving free school meals while at school
- Can commit to being available for a Summer Internship in 2026, if you receive an offer
How to apply
- Go through atwo-stage selection process : online tests, followed by a video interview
- Be sure to apply early—places are filled on a rolling basis and may close once we\’ve received enough applicants
- If successful, you’ll be notified by early March and invited to the April programme
