Your placement. Learn what real progress looks like. Why wait for a graduate programme to get your career up and running? At Enterprise, our Interns get the same initial training, responsibilities and benefits we give our Graduate Management Trainees so you can start building a great future for yourself from the word go.
Our opportunities
An Enterprise internship starts with a classroom-based induction that introduces you to our business, and what we offer and expect. You will then be placed in one of our branches, where you’ll gain hands-on experience of our operation and receive award-winning training.
You’ll be working alongside mentors who will have been where you are. So they’ll be more than happy to share their experiences and help you learn about sales, marketing, finance, customer service, business management, administrative support and more. And since the work you’ll be doing will be similar to that of our Graduate Management Trainees, we won’t just pay you throughout your placement but will make sure you’re eligible for the same performance bonuses and incentives as they are too.
Your talent
We don’t mind what subject you’re studying or grades you’re predicted to get. We only ask that you bring us an appetite for challenge (as there will be plenty of opportunities to get your teeth into, however long you stay for) along with your initiative and leadership skills.
We’re passionate about diversity too. Across business areas and levels, we support each other’s ambitions and know that different perspectives make us stronger. So whatever your background, whatever your achievements, we want to hear from you.
Our future together
We’re Enterprise Mobility. A family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands that includes household names such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 team members across 95 countries, we’ve grown from a pioneering idea over 65-years ago, to the global mobility leader we are today. Join us, and as this year’s RateMyPlacement’s Best Student Employer and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, we will offer you the freedom to explore your potential. Ready to make your move?
About Enterprise Mobility
From our senior leaders to our interns, Enterprise Mobility gives everyone the freedom to explore their potential, and the opportunities they need to rise to new challenges and take their skills to the next level - because their growth is what makes Enterprise Mobility’s growth possible. Nowhere is this philosophy better illustrated than in our approach to internships and graduate careers. When people join their award-winning Management Training Programme, as an intern or graduate alike, we empower them to start contributing right from the word go. It helps that we are divided up into smaller, local branches, so our interns and graduates gain the skills and experience needed to run their own business in as little as two years.
Enterprise Mobility is also still family-owned – our CEO Chrissy Taylor, who started as an intern, is the third generation of the Taylor family to run the company. This allows us to look forward even more confidently to the future, providing the stability we need to pursue the long-term good for our business, our employees and our customers, even in these challenging times. Join us, and become one of the new generation helping us write the next chapter of our success story.
Enterprise Mobility is proud to be a disability confident employer. We work with MyPlus who support the 15% of disabled students and graduates applying for jobs, internships and placements.
