The future of work means a global workforce and continual change. As part of the Tax team’s People Advisory Services (PAS), we look at how businesses reward and relocate employees around the world – and how it affects their tax. Technology is at the forefront of the solutions we offer to our clients and we embrace innovative thinking across our teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Working in either Mobility or Reward within our UK & Ireland (UK&I) or Financial Services (FS) teams.
  • Assisting with global tax advisory and compliance projects.
  • Communicating directly with local or global clients.
  • Building professional relationships with your clients.

Eligibility for applying:

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an honours degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, or in your home language if you do not hold English Language GCSE, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply. We welcome applications from all academic backgrounds and are looking for individuals who will succeed at EY in the desired role and future qualifications. Throughout our recruitment process, your academic performance will be considered against your online assessment scores to determine your suitability for an EY role.

Eligibility for visa sponsorship:

Visa sponsorship is available for this position on a limited basis. EY’s ability to make an offer of employment is subject to the UK immigration rules in force at the relevant time. This position meets the current thresholds required for sponsorship by EY. Please note that EY has a set number of Certificate of Sponsorship applications that can be made each year. If you require sponsorship and this limit is reached and/or UK immigration rules are not capable of being met, this will prevent EY from being able to sponsor you and we will not be able to progress your application.

We can sponsor using the Skilled Worker visa New Entrant salary threshold for this particular vacancy. Your eligibility for the New Entrant rate must subsist for the entire duration of the Graduate programme. The criteria to be eligible for the New Entrant rate are (subject to change by the UK Government): you’re under 26 on the date you apply; you’re currently in the UK on a student visa studying at bachelor’s degree level or above; you’re currently in the UK on a Graduate visa and your total stay in the UK by the end of your EY Graduate programme plus the date you applied for your Graduate visa will be less than 4 years.

We’re unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role due to UK Home Office regulations. Therefore, we cannot accept applications for this role from those who would require EY visa sponsorship. This includes individuals who have or plan to apply for a Graduate visa, as we are unable to convert your Graduate visa to a Skilled Worker visa before the end of your EY Graduate programme.
