Graduate Consultant Programme
What we are looking for
You will be joining the Customer Success Team as part of our established in-house Implementations team. You will use your existing problem-solving, project management, and customer skills to start your career in a highly sought-after market. As part of the Implementations team, you will work closely with our key internal and external stakeholders to design and build our GRC solutions that we take to market. In support of existing customers, we deliver the solutions by configuring the no-code SureCloud platform to deliver GRC solutions for our clients. You will be tasked with effectively managing projects – sometimes multiple projects concurrently – and have a hands-on approach to all aspects of end-to-end customer solution delivery.
You will not be on your own as you will be supported by a team of experienced SureCloud Delivery Consultants who are trained to configure the platform to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and will support you as you get trained.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementations team:
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their requirements and configure software solutions in our no-code SaaS platform accordingly.
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of GRC software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Ensure the quality of solution output and other project deliverables.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of SureCloud’s GRC software solutions, promoting adoption and maximizing value in preparation for business go-live.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge database for SureCloud’s SaaS platform, including best practices, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
Required Skillset:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in STEM, Business or Humanities subjects).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Project Management mindset, ability to manage interdependencies, priorities, and concurrent processes.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Other Important Information
Location & Working Hours:
SureCloud’s London office 2 days per week with flexibility to work from home 3 days per week. Working hours will typically be 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with core hours of 10:00am to 4:00pm to allow for flexible working.
