Client and Product Graduate Rotational Programme 2026 – EMEA
Our Client & Product Graduate Rotational programme offers a unique opportunity to gain experience at the heart of BlackRock’s ecosystem. You’ll work alongside relationship management and product development professionals who build and maintain client partnerships, support the distribution of our full platform, and help deliver exceptional service across our business.
Over the 2.5 years you’ll rotate across teams in Global Product Solutions and the Client Business, gaining hands-on experience and insight into how we innovate, market and deliver our investment solutions to clients across the world.
Global Product Solutions
Global Product Solutions encompasses all BlackRock’s product businesses, across asset classes and investment styles. The teams bring together insights on markets, portfolios, and clients to drive strategy and product innovation, and commercialize BlackRock’s entire investment platform.
Client Business
The Client Business teams are responsible for the strategy and distribution of our full range of products, from open-end and closed-end funds to private markets and managed accounts. The regional teams work withfinancial institutions and across multiple client segments, including pension schemes, asset managers, banks, wealth managers, family offices and charities.
What are these functions known for?
Product strategy & innovation– Developing investments products, market and portfolio insights, and commercialization plans across all asset classes. With one of the broadest product platforms in the world, we help clients navigate markets and achieve their investment goals.
Client solutions– Building pitch decks and presentations, analyzing performance data and turning insights into impactful recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders.
Relationship management– Serving clients including institutional investors (pension schemes, charities, insurance companies) and wealth clients (banks, family offices, digital platforms). Our teams focus on sales, coverage strategy and long-term partnerships.
What will you do as an Analyst?
As an Analyst on our Client & Product Graduate programme you will:
- Collaborate with senior relationship managers to deliver BlackRock’s investment expertise and solutions to clients.
- Support client meetings by managing data, creating presentations and capturing insights.
- Coordinate sales efforts and drive execution as part of cross functional teams.
- Participate in business and product initiatives, including competitor analysis and market research.
- Gain exposure to real client challenges. Work on internal projects and collaborate across functions to achieve goals.

Please note:
Unlike our Full-Time Analyst programme, which allows applicants to select one programme and up to two preferred teams, this rotational programme follows a different structure. Successful candidates will rotate across multiple teams within Global Product Solutions and the Client Business over the course of 2.5 years. This design provides a holistic understanding of the full client and product lifecycle, so team preferences are not required at the point of application.

You have up to five days to submit your pre-interview assessment; if you fail to do so, your application will be automatically withdrawn. If you withdraw your application, you cannot submit another application.
Eligibility
Candidates should be graduating from an undergraduate or master’s degree programme between June 2025 – July 2026. We welcome applications from candidates studying any degree subject.
Please note that local language fluency is required to work at our Continental Europe locations.
