A leading restaurant business is looking to recruit a Payroll Manager. Leading a team of 4 and reporting into the head of commercial finance, you will look after the payroll function for the Group.
Main duties include:
- Overseeing the processing of 5 monthly payrolls to include pay, deductions, statutory payments, tax & NI coding, student loans, pensions, salary sacrifice, attachment of earnings orders.
- Overseeing the processing of 4 fortnightly payrolls for UK hourly paid employees to include pay, deductions, statutory payments, tax & NI coding, student loans, pensions, salary sacrifice, attachment of earnings orders.
- Overseeing the preparation and control of Irish payroll for submission via the outsourced payroll company.
- The use of in-house systems for employee data and employee hours.
- Overview of global process of auto enrolment and postponement not currently automated through the payroll.
- Preparation and posting of payroll journals for the company P&L.
- Reconciliation of payroll accounts to company balance sheet.
