A leading leisure and hospitality business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function. As part of the Senior Leadership team and managing a direct team of 4, you will have oversight of group controllership and FP&A functions.
Main duties include:
- Oversight of Group management and statutory accounts
- Ownership of risk management in the Group
- Business partnering including planning, analysis and reporting
- Managing and projecting Group cash flows including capex
- Oversight of the Shared Finance Centre team
- Support the Group CFO in any financial structuring and M&A projects
- Ownership of the Group’s financial planning cycle to include annual budget, reforecasts and long-term strategic plans
- Oversee consolidation of budgets, forecasts, long-term plans as well as cash flow and net debt projections
- Presentation of the Group’s budgets and long-term plans to the Board
- Scenario modelling for key investment decisions and review and challenge of investment proposals
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a mix of technical accounting and FP&A experience. Previous team management experience is key and experience in leisure and hospitality is highly desirable.
